To date, we have hired 25 of our past interns and here is what a few of them have said about our program:
"I highly recommend attending American AgCredit's intern program. You'll receive hands-on training by industry professionals, obtain exposure to real-world agriculture, and gain knowledge of financial principals that apply to your every-day life. The training and knowledge that I received in finance and appraisal was far superior to my college coursework. My experience as an intern helped me to excel in future agriculture and business courses and lead me to a rewarding career with American AgCredit."
- Julie M. Renner, Senior Loan Officer 2002 Summer Intern
"American AgCredit is a great company. I started as an intern over 16 years ago and I am still here - that says a lot! The internship program is an extended interview process that is beneficial to both the employee and employer. It gives the employee the opportunity to see if they like the company and the employer the chance to see if the candidate is a good fit for the position. It really is a win win for both parties."
"
- Dee Dee Dunstan, Appraiser 1993 Summer Intern
"American AgCredit's summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to be trained and participate in the day-to-day responsibilities of a loan officer. This program opened the door for me to a career in agricultural finance and I would strongly encourage anyone interested in working for a top-notch company to apply."
- Michael Toews, Assistant Vice President 1997 Summer Intern
